Testimonials

Halfway through our kitchen extension we were badly let down by a builder and feared that the job would not get finished. However K&B Construction took the job on and gave us reassurance they could complete the work to our satisfaction. Warren and Andy coordinated all aspects of the work professionally, it all went very smoothly and the finished result is excellent. At each stage they explained our options and the modifications they recommended have made the kitchen work perfectly for us. Professional and thorough throughout always leaving the site clean and tidy at every stage.

Last year our son purchased his first property and he needed the whole kitchen replaced, which meant completely gutting it and taking it down to brick work. Andy and Warren came to quote and within a couple of weeks we were fitted in. They both project managed the whole refit which took the pressure off us finding different trades. They were both polite and kept us informed all the way through, when deliveries were due, who would be there on what day etc... Trades were on site every day. Highly respectful of the house and us, didn’t hear any bad language and left the house clean and tidy each evening, i’m afraid to say a rare thing these days. Any unexpected issues that arose were discussed with us and best solution found to suit our needs. I can highly recommend both Warren and Andy to anyone who is looking to have building work. They are two genuinely nice guys who go above and beyond, listen to the customers needs and work hard to reach an exceptional high standard.

We asked Warren and Andy to build our bespoke kitchen because they understood exactly what we wanted, giving us the confidence to build something to our own taste. They were both reliable and flexible when we requested changes and made great suggestions of their own. They had pride in their craftsmanship and only recruited similar minded tradesmen, such as electricians and plumbers. Additionally, they were good value for money and had great taste in music! We now have our dream kitchen, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Andy and Warren of K&B Construction Limited in 2023. For almost six months they carried out a full width single storey extension, moving of an internal wall and all the challenges appalling weather, a 1930's house and a very vigilant Building Control threw at them and us! Nothing was impossible and we didn't hear the well known 'builders sigh' once. We also asked them to liaise with Wudyu, the designers and producers of our fantastic new kitchen, which they also fitted. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly and professionally with a smile. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
